As part of this, we were honoured to welcome Nancy Squicciarini from ECIS to Maisons-Laffitte for a training workshop for academic leaders from Ermitage IB School and Montgomery International School to explore What Makes Great Teaching and Reflective Conversations that drive teacher development and student success.

It was an inspiring two days of learning, reflection, and collaboration, embracing new ways to empower the learning of teachers and students. A sincere thank you to Nancy Squicciarini and ECIS, and our school community for their support in making this a truly transformative experience.
